با این که مفهوم بهره وری همیشه مورد بحث بوده، اما اغلب در آن ابهام وجود داشته و درک آن مشکل بوده است. در عمل، این همان فقدان دانشی است که نتیجه نادیده گرفته شدن نفوذ بهره وری در فرآیندهای تولیدی توسط برخی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد معنی اصلی بهره وری و همچنین ارتباط آن با واژه های مشابه دیگر است که می تواند در مباحث تعاون نیز بکار برده شود. یافته ها نتیجه بررسی بهره وری بر اساس ادبیات دهه گذشته می باشد. مقاله توضیح می دهد که چگونه محققان ابهام مفهوم بهره وری را توضیح داده و یک واژه شناسی جدید برای آن ارائه می نمایند.

Abstract: 

Aims and Background: Nowadays, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) became powerful therapeutic and diagnostic tools. Due to showing minimum immunogenic reaction and their properties, human mAbs are important. The purpose of this study was to construct an immune antibody library from a vaccinated donor against tetanus toxin.Materials and Methods: A whole blood sample was taken from the donor who was vaccinated against tetanus toxoid. PBMC were isolated by using ficol. After RNA extraction, all variation of VH and VL regions by RT-PCR reactions were amplified and linked as a ScFv antibody. The amplicons were inserted in T-Vector and transformed to E. coli DH5α strain, followed by an ELISA test. Plasmids were also extracted and sequenced.Results: cDNA quality was confirmed by using HPRT primers. To confirm PCR, insertion and transformation, gel electrophoresis and restriction enzymes digestion were applied. Positive clones were selected based on growth on LB agar which is the blue/white selection method. After plasmid extraction and DNA sequencing, the sequences were aligned using igBLAST at NCBI. The result was shown to have admissible similarity among antibody gene library nucleotide sequences and the antibody genes were deposited in this database. ELISA confirmed this data too.Conclusion: In this study, the immune human antibody library was constructed and confirmed using DNA sequencing and sequences alignment in NCBI database. ELISA test confirms antibody specifically. The next step is to screen the library to find an antibody specifically for tetanus toxin.

Abstract: 

This paper presents the speed control scheme of indirect Vector controlled of induction motor (IM) drive. Voltage source inverter type space Vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is used for PWM controlling scheme. Regarding the capabilities and potentials of intelligent based on Fuzzy logic in the control of non-linear and complex systems, the Fuzzy PID controllers is developed for controlling the speed, torque, and flux of an IM. The performances of the proposed FLC-based IM drives are investigated and compared to those obtained from the conventional proportional-integral (PI) controller-based drives both simulated at different dynamic operating conditions such as step change in command speed, load change, and increase in the rotor resistance. The comparative results show that the FLC is more robust, found to be a suitable replacement of the conventional PI controller for the high-performance industrial drive applications.

Abstract: 

This article studies the aerodynamic performance of a novel bypass shock-induced thrust Vector nozzle. An arc-shaped bypass is innovatively designed to optimize nozzle performance and equips a variable shrinkage part. The nozzle performance is investigated numerically under diverse shrinkage area ratios. Computational results indicate that both geometry and friction choking have important effects on the nozzle performance. Normally, in the case of without any bypass shrinkage, the flow choking occurs at the bypass outlet. Very small bypass shrinkage is unable to change the flow choking location. The bypass geometry choking comes up at its throat as the shrinkage area ratio of the bypass reaches 0. 06. According to computational results, the Vectoring angle diminishes with the increasing shrinkage area ratio of the bypass, thrust force ratio, thrust efficiency, specific impulse ratio, and coefficient of discharge increase. As the NPR enlarges, the deflection angle and thrust efficiency decrease, and the thrust force ratio increases.

یکی از موارد مهم در طراحی و ساخت اینورترهای سه فاز پرقدرت انتخاب الگوریتم سوئیچینگ مناسب است. انتخاب الگوریتم سوئیچینگ مناسب سبب کاهش تلفات سوئیچینگ در اینورترهای سه فاز می شود. البته در انتخاب روش سوئیچینگ میزان کل اعوجاج هارمونیکی (THD) ولتاژ خروجی نیز باید در مد نظر باشد و بین مقدار THD ناشی از این روش و میزان کاهش تلفات باید مصالحه صورت گیرد. برای کنترل سوئیچ ها می توان از الگوریتم های مدولاسیون فضای برداری (SVM) استفاده نمود، روش های SVM روش های بسیار مناسب برای پیاده سازی بوسیله سیستم های میکروپروسسوری مانند DSP ها هستند. در این پروژه انواع روش های SVM از نوع Bus Clamped برای سوییچینگ اینورترهای پرقدرت شبیه سازی و پیاده سازی شد و نتایج آنها از نظر THD و تلفات سوییچینگ با یکدیگر مقایسه گردیدند.

Abstract: 

THE MAIN CONTRIBUTION OF THIS PAPER IS INTRODUCING AN APPROACH FOR EXPANDING THE CRAWLING METHODS OF CORA SPIDER, AS A RL-BASED SPIDER. WE HAVE INTRODUCED NOVEL METHODS FOR CALCULATING THE Q-VALUE IN REINFORCEMENT LEARNING MODULE OF THE SPIDER. THE PROPOSED CRAWLERS CAN FIND THE TARGET PAGES FASTER AND EARN MORE REWARDS OVER THE CRAWL THAN CORA’S CRAWLERS. WE HAVE USED SUPPORT Vector MACHINES (SVMS) CLASSIFIER FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A TEXT LEARNER IN WEB CRAWLERS AND COMPARED THE RESULTS WITH CRAWLERS WHICH USE NAÏVE BAYES (NB) CLASSIFIER FOR THIS PURPOSE. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT CRAWLERS USING SVMS OUTPERFORM CRAWLERS WHICH USE NB IN THE FIRST HALF OF CRAWLING A WEB SITE AND FIND THE TARGET PAGES MORE QUICKLY. THE TEST BED FOR THE EVALUATION OF OUR APPROACHES WAS WEB SITES OF FOUR COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENTS OF FOUR UNIVERSITIES, WHICH HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE OFFLINE.

Abstract: 

To prospect mineral deposits at regional scale, recognition and classification of hydrothermal alteration zones using remote sensing data is a popular strategy. Due to the large number of spectral bands, classification of the hyper spectral data may be negatively affected by the Hughes phenomenon. A practical way to handle the Hughes problem is preparing a lot of training samples until the size of the training set is adequate and comparable with the number of the spectral bands. In order to gather adequate ground truth instances as training samples, a time-consuming and costly ground survey operation is needed. In this situation that preparing enough field samples is not an easy task, using an appropriate classifier which can properly work with a limited training dataset is highly desirable. Among the supervised classification methods, the Support Vector Machine is known as a promising classifier that can produce acceptable results even with limited training data. Here, this capability is evaluated when the SVM is used to classify the alteration zones of Darrehzar district. For this purpose, only 12 sampled instances from the study area are utilized to classify Hyperion hyper spectral data with 165 useable spectral bands. Results demonstrate that if parameters of the SVM, namely C and σ, are accurately adjusted, the SVM can be successfully used to identify alteration zones when field data samples are not available enough.

Abstract: 

Sensor less speed torque control of induction machines has been widely used in many industrial applications. The-simple method of direct Vector control can provide touchholes control as well as more complex approaches. In this method, the motor flux can be obtained by measuring voltage and current and integrating motor back electromotive force. The only required motor parameter is stator resistance. However, implementation of an integrator is not an easy task because a pure integrator has dc-offset problem. In addition, variations of stator resistance due to changes in temperature highly deteriorate the accuracy of this method at low speeds. In this paper, to overcome the dc-offset problem, a modified integrator is used, and a method for estimating stator resistance is proposed. This method represents accurate torque control over a wide range of speed and load conditions, even at zero rotor speed and heavy load torque.

Abstract: 

In this paper, some properties of  pseudoinvex functions, defined by means of  limiting subdifferential, are discussed. Furthermore, the Minty Vector variational-like inequality,  the Stampacchia Vector variational-like inequality, and the  weak formulations of these two inequalities  defined by means of limiting subdifferential are studied. Moreover, some relationships  between the Vector variational-like inequalities and Vector optimization problems are established.
